Skilled Human Resources is one of the key elements for the development of tourism in any destination in order to ensure the delivery of the optimum level of product and services at the ground level.
Centre for Skill Development in Tourism (CSDT) is a non-profit organization focused on sustainable support through short term tourism education and training. CSDT is currently dedicated in organizing capacity building and safety training programs to empower the host communities along with grassroot stakeholders, tourism students and industry professionals by providing them with the required knowledge and skill to achieve a sustainable future through tourism and related sectors. CSDT initiatives are organized in association with various government and non-government agencies and trade associations and training partners in order to ensure the delivery of the highest level of services at the ground level.
