FOOD SAFETY TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has introduced Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC) as a mandatory training and certification trough its training partner for all Central and State Licensed Food Business Operators through As per section 16(3)(h) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has to provide training programmes in food safety and standards for persons who are or intend to become involved in food business as food business operators or employees or otherwise. It is mandatory for all food businesses having Central or State licence to have at least one trained and certified food safety supervisor for every 25 foot and less or part thereof on all their premises

CSDT is empanelled with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) as Training Partner for Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC) for Food Business Operators across the food value chain.

West Bengal Tourist Guide Certification Scheme

The Department of Tourism, Government of West Bengal initiated “West Bengal Tourist Guide Certification Scheme” conducted at the District level under PBSSD (Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development) Utkarsh Bangla through the Department of Technical Education and “Centre For Skill Development in Tourism” as Knowledge Partner / Training Provider / Training Centre which has been designed to equip candidates with basic knowledge and skills required by a tourist guide during their discharge of duties.
