Reinventing Bengal 2021

The 1st Reinventing Bengal 2021 Workshop was organized on 5th & 6th March 2021 under DEKHO APNA DESH DESTINATION WORKSHOP 2021
Phase 01: Initiated by the Ministry of Tourism – Government of India in association with CSDT RB21 curriculum is designed by CSDT for the travel industry executive’s in association with various travel industry associations. The curriculum offers the following 05 modules to provide a deep insight into the experiential products across the state of Bengal. This specially designed RBDW offers a full-day destination orientation program conducted by renowned product experts offering an in-depth product knowledge

Eat Safe 2021 ( FOSTAC - Food Safety Training and Certification for street food vendors)

FASSI Food Safety & Hygiene Training and Certification for Street Food Vendors (SVF) under Project Clean Street Food is one of the initiatives taken up by FSSAI under a 360-degree approach to Food Safety and Healthy Nutrition. This would involve training and capacity building of the street food vendors and ensure proper regulatory oversight over them under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.

The Bengal Eat-Safe 2021 was organized under DEKHO APNA DESH DESTINATION WORKSHOP 2021
Phase 01: initiated by the Ministry of Tourism – Government of India in association with BCC&I. The 150 participants from the CBD Kolkata has been trained by CSDT at BCC&I between 3rd – 5th March 20201

Stay Safe 2021

CSDT organized the 1st phase of DEKHO APNA DESH DESTINATION WORKSHOP 2021 initiated by the Ministry of Tourism – Government of India in association with Sundarban Hotel Owners Association on 1st March 2021 under the banner Stay-Safe

A day workshop at Bali Nature & Wildlife Conservation Society (BNWCS) on Basic Hospitality & Standard Operation Procedure to up-skill the human resources employed in the small hotels/ lodges and homestays in and around Sundarbans. The workshop has been attended by 40 stakeholders to learn and understand the basics of hospitality from subject experts.

Industry Orientation Workshop 2019

CSDT conducted an industry workshop on 9th June 2019 for 90 tourism students from the various colleges across Bengal as a part of their industrial training. The primary goal was to increase their understanding of the tourism business and the industry structure. Excellent initiative by West Bengal Tourism to organize such an effective and meaningful program.
